Return Policy We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.
ExchangesMerchandise must be in original condition. All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund. You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES. The product(s) must be sent back to us to process the return. Please contact us using the information on the Contact Us page. Prepare your package: Place your item(s) in its original packaging with the original invoice
Payment TermsWe accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, we may be able to adjust your order. If we are unable to make the adjustment(s) we will need to cancel your order. If you order is canceled and depending on your financial institution, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your funds to become available again. Credit Card Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have special payment processes in place to protect our clients against fraudulent transactions. Vanity Lounge Hair does not accept cash, checks or money orders for online purchases. Order Processing Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, processing times may be impacted, Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM pst. Orders place over the weekend will be shipped the first business day. WE DO NOT SHIP OR PROCESS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY. .
SHIPPING POLICY We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled. WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping policy and schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
SHIPPING TIMESWe strive to process orders as quickly as possible at the same time we have put in place current safeguards in place to protect the health and safety that can affect shipping times. If you select the Standard Ground shipping option, please allow 1 to 2 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center. During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly possible.WE DO NOT SHIP OR PROCESS SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
Shipping DelaysFor your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Tracking Orderswhen you provide an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. All tracking info. will be sent out the evening of the day the item has been mailed out.
