100% Virgin Peruvian Hair
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed in anyway. Each bundle is 3.5ozBundles will come in natural state, so color may vary from dark brown to darkest brown. Bleaching and or coloring is ok. We suggest using a beauty professional when coloring. (Note; once hair has been altered it is no longer virgin)

Returns Policy
Return Policy We do not offer refunds. Once your order is placed we can not issue any refunds.
Exchanges
Merchandise must be in original condition. All Hair must be in it’s natural state meaning no dye, no chemicals, Unravel, or no cutting of the weft (unused). Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund. You are allowed to exchange hair but you are responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault. You are allowed to exchange within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle no refunds can be issued out. EXCHANGES ARE EXCLUDED DURING SALES. The product(s) must be sent back to us to process the return. Please contact us using the information on the Contact Us page. Prepare your package: Place your item(s) in its original packaging with the original invoice

We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed. If there are any errors or changes to your order please notify us immediately, we may be able to adjust your order. If we are unable to make the adjustment(s) we will need to cancel your order. If you order is canceled and depending on your financial institution, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your funds to become available again. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. SHIPPING TIMES
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible at the same time we have put in place current safeguards in place to protect the health and safety that can affect shipping times. If you select the Standard Ground shipping option, please allow 1 to 2 business days before your order is shipped out from our fulfillment center. During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. Shipping Delays
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Tracking Orders
when you provide an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. All tracking info. will be sent out the evening of the day the item has been mailed out.
